if America had enough money sure buy it!!!!1...but I dont think it will make a diffrence.....like your really going to text your commander "we got hit by a ambush!!!!"

we shouldnt be spending money on computers taht let your hearing increase (what happens when a grenade goes off next to you and u have the volume turned way up...your ears pop)

but we should be spending money on reaserching better body armor
there is better body armor. that is coming out of Fresno CA, but the US gov will not buy it. because some of the senators and other gov people don't know the stocks for this better body armor.
so they are selling it over sea's
dragon skin

Lets run 15 miles whit this then try to shoot streigth whit that, and is not really discreet

Hey buddy,

You're wrong.

If you feel that way, stop playing this game. Just where the hell do you get off saying that? That's a slap in the face to MYSELF and the countless other Active Duty and retired armed servicemen that play this game.

It's a disgrace when constituents cannot be bothered to properly spell "dying" but slander the US Government and those that serve it.

You want to know why Dragon Skin is not used? It's not cost effective. Before you fly off the handle, think of this:

When will a soldier ever really be safe? Dragon Skin, even though it's very effective, isn't going to reduce casualties. The REAL corruption would be paying for something that is supposed to save everyone's life, and yet we'd still have coffins and bodybags coming home.

There will always be war, and there will always be men dying - no matter what.

The army has tested Dragon Skin several times, and it's failed several times. The US ARMY, in it's opinion, feels it's current armor and Interceptor armor is better. I'll trust the US Army to decide what's best for itself, not politicians or civilians.

I agree. US gov is not a big conspiracy, and you need to go look for UFOs and find out who killed JFK instead of playing PR.
Contractors ("Mercs" as you call them) get better equipment than regular soldiers because US government has to provide for massive amounts of personnel, while Contractors just provide for their employees (which I'm pretty sure numbers below 1,000,000) and sometimes individual contractors just buy their own stuff, which you can't do with a lot of stuff (like body armor) while you're in the military.
(Not to be offtopic)
To get back on topic, land warrior will probably never be included because it's not like Arabic countries (which is what MEC takes the place of) will ever get something like land warrior.

Army Refutes Dragon Skin Claims
the testing for dragon skin is not valid. part to the US army banned it 2 months before testing it. 2nd thing its a level 5. and the US gov still considered classified. i wonder why that is?? and a few generals ware waring dragon skin. 3ed its the only body armor ware it can pass on taking a hand grenade by laying on it. 4th it can take more hits then any other type of body armor out there. that also includes 50 cal.

but the bottom line is that the people running what armor our troops will have don't want them to get dragon skin. they wont make any money off of it. because there money is in the interceptor body armor that is NOT a level 5 body armor. and the US army has to fallow the orders of its leader/'s too.

yes yes i know the truths hurts

dude there no such thing as UFO there just UAV's or testing of new stealth aircraft or just a fake home movie

oh did you know the in the golf war the US had Contractors on US Navy ships doing the same job as the navy personal.

quoting my cozen
"Contractors don't have there hands tied. we can't shot the guy we know that has the IED tell he puts it on the ground. but the dame contractors can shoot them on sight"

he an Bradley gunner

Land Warrior system is not planned and probably never will be. Locked before this gets even more ridiculous.
