I'm not sure if they can do that, same problem with trenches right?
Put a hole in the ground, drop the car park in at the appropriate depth and you got an underground car park. You'd probably need to block all the windows etc with concrete statics like but perfectly doable.

I say if you ar going to do it.....take the time and do it right.

Why not make it partially destructible as well?

Totally destructable?

It may sound harsh but it would make for good "realism" to have the parking garage take on a defendable role within the city limits of Al Basrah. Having all that concrete come crashing down on folks! Once it is destroyed it would symbolize the Brits being pushed back.
The Brits would have to defend as well as seek caches. The insugency would have to defend caches as well as attack the forward base in the Parking garage.

Maybe? LOL

Hell yea, we could place a walmart south of the city and place it next to it

Edit: Alright fine: its a big ugly building that would not fit in al basrah(thematic and practically) and to try to get it underground would be way to much effort for way to little payoff. Also it would add an indoor arena that would draw attention away from the block to block fighting outside.

Also there is no place current for warranting a 3 story parking lot, which is why i suggested walmart >_>

Destructible buildings are fun but REALLY bad for reliability. In .8 Rhino's already confirmed that about 75% of the destructible objects in Basrah are removed. The problem is the 1024 limit, each section of a building takes 2, and with multi-section buildings like the 2 storeys that very quickly mounts up. Then you have to save a certain number for RPs, FBs, Bunkers, basically any deployable.

If you ain't gonna say anything constructive, don't say anything at all.

It was probably a joke :D

"WHY SO SERIOUS???!!!"

I could live with the car park not being destructible, because such a larger structure surely would need epicness to look good being destroyed,

More underground type places like the caves as seen on Archer etc would be nice though in basrah to add that little extra (but not ACTUAL caves ofc, its not like trolls live in Basrah)

I realize it was propably said in jest and sarcasm.

Its just that I have recieved warnings/infractions for similar or lesser posts.

I wanted to make sure that "fairness" was spread throughout.
