the real vod is a beast. it can carry 10 passengers or 2,500 kgs of supplies, its amphibious, and protected against any munition smaller than .50 AP. it can alternatly be armed with twin .50s or a fully covered 20mm turret. there are side panels that can be quickly lifted to allow the troops inside to provide covering fire and bail out quickly.

on a side note, is there any way with the BF2 engine that any rullets under a certain size could do no damage to a vehicle like the vodnik? 5.56 rounds aren't going to do squat against this thing, and probly wouldn't do much to an armoured hmmwv either.

Yes, in the BF2 engine you can distinguish between small arms fire and heavier ammo like .50 cals.
