suggestion for a gifted coder.. If your in a squad, you can spawn on the SL - if you leave a squad and join another then you can only spawn at a flag until your next death at which point you can spawn at the sl again.
This would stop squad hopping and massive instant troop movements.

Well right now you get a 30 second penalty added on to your spawn time for squad hopping when your dead....I think thats pretty great

Definantly a nice thing.

That exact feature is being implemented in BF2 patch 1.3. When you're dead, you won't be able to create or join a squad, and when you join a squad you can't spawn on the leader until you've died in that squad once.

LOL, nice to know that the BF2 Devs are willing to take ideas from mods and use them.

i was laughing as i read him suggest it.. going "doesnt he know" oh you have to love it when you wish something was going to be in the next release... and you beg for it... and all the while it was going to be there haha
