Incendiary Grenades have to be put directly on top of the vehicle; underneath or nearby doesn't affect it at all.

no, it works if you put next to the wheels

Also, RKG Grenades only really damage if hit directly

Frags do nothing..

try them on wheels of BTR-60

Although I believe PKM does damage the stryker, but not much.
