The current suppression effect isn't enough IMO.
Well thats what happens when you fire a saw irl too.

Good suggestion i support it Needs a little bit narrower field of view, reducing to just a slit, to simulate you closing your eyes as dirt is slapped up in your face and rounds slap close.
Maybe They should alter it, so that aswell as having the field of view shrink, as if your closing your eyes, which IMO is very realistic. Mud or dirt splashes up onto the screen. Would be a good effect for nearby explosions.

You could have the screen go solid black and people would still choose to sit there and return fire. Even when I'm being suppressed I sometimes continue firing. Just because the screen is blurry doesn't mean that I don't know where you are or how to adjust my aim. If I that you're one centimeter from my cross-hair and you suppress me I'll just move my cross-hair one centimeter over and shoot back. People don't always react the way you want them to. It's something you need to get over. I learned a lot in OPFOR and paintball regarding this. Just because you anticipate them taking actions that would best preserve their life does not mean that they always will. People will do the absurd and the unexpected.

Don't you maintain the same deviation even when suppresed?
Other words, if you know where the guy is, you can still shoot with a pin-point accuracy, even when suppressed.
