..were you the one on TG Burning Sands who spotted my squads BTR-60 as an enemy (British) one? If so, you really need to switch on or stop playing recon altogether

Learn where to position yourself and how to differentiate enemy vehicles from friendly ones, even when you can't hear them, see them, or someone describes its color and features.

Yes, i'm sure you are a good recon/CAS spotter now that you can place markers, and i'm also sure you're an experienced PR player, and that is exactly what bothers me - Even an experienced player can just go l33t scout snipah for 7 months and not bother to rtfm/forums.

I learnt how to use the Radio the embarassing way - By asking people in game when I was leading a squad. I did this as soon as I started squad leading (my logic was that the Radio is there for a reason so learn to use it). It made me feel like a **** at times to be honest.

But what I didn't do was say 'Oh, my noob squad members are being arkward so wanna make a sniper squad with just me and you?!' and then make it part of my gameplay style, self confessed 'recon/CAS spotter'.

'Scout[pahahahaha]/Sniper' squads are the biggest jokes in PR, totally against the teamwork structure. It's not the actual role they play that is the problem, but it is the people that fill the role a good 60% of the time that are. For every useful sniper there are 2x lonewolf closed-squad/clanmate ones.
