I got a comcast rep to admit something!!!

For us comcast users that can't use PR or even BF2. For some reason other games work online much better.
HE ADMITTED This:
**The conversation was about 1 hour and 30minutes. It started earlier, I stated that multiple people were having the issue on PR"
"Well, we have tons of complaints from players of online games. Unfortunantly, our Internet does not perform well when playing online because of the Constant IP adress you are playing on. If you are connected to a server, your modem recognizes the IP adress. But, unfortunantly... Our service does NOT enjoy being on one IP adress for more then 15-20 minutes. It does love to be connected to TWO IP Adress's at the same time. You said that you tested the TEAMSPEAK software, which you were connected to a different IP adress on that, then the server you were playing on... am I correct?
Me: "Yes, I seemed to last longer in a Match then normal. But I still got a disconnect it seems like when the family is watching HD Channels or On Demand programs."
Rep: Well, do you have Issues playing at night when your family is NOT watching TV and not on the network using the data/wifi?
Me: "Nope, it works fine when they aren't watching HD channels or such. "
Rep: Well, what I would recommend to is to tell those people still having the disconnection issues with the Bf2 and that mod you mentioned earlier on the phone to... Run the software Teamspeak, connect to the server that is a different IP adress then the server you are connected to and playing on and attempt to see if it disconnect's or not.
Me: "Yes, I made people test it, it came back as a Positive potential Fix."
Rep: Very good. I guess you will have to play with the Teamspeak software, connected to the server that is not what you are playing on in-game. And enjoy the game.
Me: "Well, I will contact you if you see if this fixes it for others."
Rep: Please. Also... ask the people that have a Seperate router, that is not our modem's Wifi to see if it does anything different, with or without the teamspeak software.
Me: "I know that people with Xfinity/Comcast have the wired connection, and still disconnecting. So It's not JUST Wireless Internet."
Rep: Of course not. Again, I stated it was our service does not enjoy being connected to one IP adress for ABOUT 15 minutes. You might notice that when watching online Streaming services. Again. You are constantly using the network when playing online. Your game must track the players movement constantly. So, it is constantly using the data. Which if you watch youtube video's or other online services. It Downloads the video completely. So, usually in less then 15 minutes it is finished downloading. Depending on your network speed of course.
Me: "Well, I guess that I will ask the players on the forum I stated earlier about this issue to state If this works or not, but most of them had Positive Responses with the Teamspeak and of course the Game running while in a server."
Rep: Well Matt, hopefully this will fix your unfortunate issue! Call me directly back in a week and after players respond to see if this could fix the issue. Thanks Matt.
Me: "Yes, I will! Thanks for your time."
Rep: Alright, Talk to you later, bye!"
So I want you guys with comcast disconnection to test the Teamspeak and joining a server again. I need to know within one more week!
