It is completely relevant.
Both 9/11 and BluFor C4 suicide car make life and gameplay(respectively) worse.

You know what else is unrealistic, squad members being able to talk to pilots, crewmen, all the infantry.. Pretty sure mumble ruins the game by making it mandatory.
