Sorry for jumping in your thread and bringing up the dirty laundry but I'd like to send a brief message to someone

Go fuck yourself PRTA admin, you must be the most moronic individual I've ever had the displeasure dealing with

They have about 50 admins, we need names...
If you flame, do it the right way.

I agree with you. I only play on the CO-OP server because it's more fun and people are more laid back. In PR proper everyone is always so serious and uptight.

Well that's your problem. Stay away from HOG. The prwars guys are ********* admins who break their own server rules and ban you for calling them out on it(Except for durand he's an ok guy).

When I'm not on co-op I stick to CIA because the admins are cool and the players are friendly.

Complete bullshit.

Both HOG and CIA have good and bad admins, it's the same on both servers. prwars guys are very active at all hours of the day (and night, both EU and NA) so it's only natural that you would label them as "********* admins" as they are the ones doing most of the admining.

This poster is probably a troll and catches kicks/bans often, do not go off of his views. If you had an issue with an admin take it to the respective clan's forums and you will find both CIA and HOG are more then willing to work with their players to ensure admins are doing their job correctly and not abusing the position they are in.

Have you even tried to talk to the clan or did you just jump onto their forums flaming/raging? If you act mature those in charge you might find that the admin who kicked/banned someone on false grounds is dealt with accordingly, but if you act like a self-entitled brat looking for an argument the results will fit in line with your own attitude.

The OP sounds like he ran into a few bad apples and decided to seek attention on the forums, there are just as many of us "********" and the "terrible community" is still very present here on the forums. You cannot escape people you disagree with it's a part of life and ******** have invaded every corner of the globe! Grow up and enjoy what makes you happy, don't let other people dictate your joy. Don't like PR? Move on, there are other games they kind of offer the same gameplay. Don't like specific people? Welcome to the human race, not everyone has to get along.

How many other random pubbers join PR after seeing some cool gameplay videos, have the same type of experience then quit after a couple weeks and uninstall the mod? This guy just happened to have joined the forums and spoke up.

This should be a wake up call to all veterans and *cough* clanners in question.

Without a steady influx of new enthusiastic players PR will wither and die on the vine.

Cut the elitist attitude & we own all the assets bullshit out and foster a new player once in awhile.

Your own gameplay future depends on it.

I just played a whole round with the OP and he was a badass. Followed orders, excellent attitude, and overall just a polite laid back dude. We even won the round together (definitely gonna go up on my channel, it was a good round)

I think we need to stop telling new players to "deal with it" and maybe start actively trying to make our community a little more accepting and less condescending. He's not the first, nor the last to complain about PRWars or other certain parts of our community... and if we start accepting criticism instead of bashing/excluding/bullying people who criticize us who knows, maybe we'll learn something.

Oh you...

Anyways I had a great time, it was an intense match especially at the chemical plant/train area. Thanks DRK, BlueDrake, and PRTA for that!

I unfortunately have to agree with some parts of this threads content.

I enjoy Co-Op quite a lot, it's just that Multiplayer doesn't really seem to be open to new players, but i don't play PR online all that much, maybe i'll have to try the Co-Op servers... :)

I have never had an issue with a CIA admin other than asset whoring(Love the Tank). I've had numerous issues with both prwars and hog admins for the slightest offense. And they do not follow the rules they themselves set. Especially when they fire into DoD on Insurgency, Asset whore, and Ban anyone who disagrees with them.

FUCKING A+++ Post right here.

I started playing PR after a I saw video on bf2s about PR .4 basrah. How many other people here started playing PR for the same reasons?

Did anyone else notice that the PR community is shrinking? There's less and less average players per week. Sure hog and cia are always full but how about the other 100+ servers? They're nearly dead, except on the weekends. People don't want to play with douchebags who constantly tell them how wrong they are, it's disenfranchising. I can't tell you how many times I've seen new players be leave after being humiliated for dare saying that they are new.

Just within the two days a CIA admin kicked someone because he had misunderstood what an AMX10rc is and two groups of ppl were fighting over it. The admin made the wrong call but he is only human and can work with what information he has on hand. That doesn't make him a "*********" it just means he makes mistakes, to err is to be human.

@Blue the OP can jump into my squad any time I'm leading, I leave my squads unlocked despite the ire it draws from some people I play with. The point I'm trying to get at is any one of us is just as likely to run into a squad of nice guys as ********. Make a shitlist if you so decide then let morons populate it and enjoy the game for what it's worth, if you aren't a dipstick I'm sure everyone can find a group they fit into in this game just like any other. Calling a community "terrible" is just cop out, it's easier to dismiss everyone than it is to invest your time.

Game has a steep learning curve.

The biggest thing a new player can do to ensure a good round is let people know their new.

Can't tell you how many people I thought were just dicks until I found out they were new

I find pr to be very welcoming to players they know are new. Speak up next time, you'll be surprised.

I don't know what an 'AMX10rc' is either. By wrong call you mean not in your favor? Was he being a ***** about it when he made his decision? If not than no douchebaggery occurred. This isn't philosophy class noone cares about you're little quotes.

Actually I wasn't the one who got kicked nor the loud mouth spamming for a kick, so my favor had nothing to do with it.

I know what you mean, I wish PR could have the coordination that decent Arma servers have. I think it's just the game itself as people said before, it's more arcadish and people don't want to play it in all seriousness. I can say that because I see players that play both games acting completely different when playing Arma, I have played with at least 10 of them on United Operations and they had outstanding behavior and gameplay. But, when it comes to PR, they change (they don't become total dicks, but they don't have the same teamwork as they got on Arma, for example)

Maybe it's because the servers won't enforce decent rules (because the casual playerbase leaves when it happens)... Who knows.

I would call you out, and say you dont know the server rules. No where does it say, that firing into or out of dod is against server rules.

As to OP. Bad players, bad admins can be found on all servers.
Im suprised that you got kicked from the sqd where you asked for kit and spawnplace. That is exactly the correct thing to say when you join a sqd.
