A second chance for aircrafts

Speaking of crashing Jets, I STRONGLY disagree with the -80 teamwork you get every time you die.

This should only be given if you CRASH. Not if you get shot down... It's greatly annoying when you're doing a good job, have a bunch of points, and as you're landing, get shot down and lose most of your (few that you get) points. =/
