landing - you want more?

I am all for the realistic load outs just do it for both sides -that's all.
In other words don't forget to beef up the Frog Foot if A-10 is getting the "extras".
Why should only the A-10 get the laser views? I'm hopping for every plane to get them in every view (except for the POV views).

What are the chances of it happening on jets for 0.85?
If I can be bothered, high, if it is accepted also.

If it's realistic, me wants, for all jets and choppers, no 'nerfing' on the weapons front :D

I recently read a book about the apache, written by an Apache pilot qualified in both seats. The amount of technology and sophistication is just amazing.

Apache by Ed Macy? Quality book if it was. As for lasers for main guns/attack helicopter cannons, just what I've been thinking of :)

Yes. I've been modding BF2 since it came out although I've never worked for a released mod. I've only worked on my personal mods. If I knew how to model and skin I start up my own mod. I like code though.

I hate modeling and skinning--probably because you have to use complex applications to do those tasks and for some reason I've always preferred doing things explicitly by hand. IE, I won't use BFEditor I always write out the files by hand. Programming in general I never use IDEs I always use command line tools and VIM. I suppose it's because with the files I only need to worry about the content and what it does and with an editor, like BFEditor, I have to learn the interface and all that BS which I'm too impatient to do. Not to mention a lot of interfaces are in these applications suck or are more time consuming than direct editing.

I can´t see your picture, but I was more going with the size comparison of the PR pods with other pods and also Lock on.

For example following the model the cobra in PR should have only 14 hydras and the havok a different number, I think 40 but I would have to check.

Does the model of the A10 have the M260 or M261 rocket pod?

Well the pod thats moddled is huge, however the texture is of only 7 rounds. Looks like its firing rockets double the size. :p

Could be Zuni rockets. Heh heh, but of course it is probably a M261 tube with the incorrect skin. This is kind of the reason why I try to tell people to make all the weapons on the hard points dummies. First you can reconfigure the load out just by altering the .tweak file instead of reskinning and re-exporting the model. Second is once you've made a M261 or M260 dummy you're done. No matter what aircraft uses it you won't ever have to model or skin it again and it will be consistent throughout all of the aircraft. Aircraft pylons should just be empty on the model itself. Leave weapon loadouts to whoever is in charge of designing aircraft weapons.
