Errrm... mate. I really admire your enthusiasm, but do you have any bloody idea what would we get? It would be probably be US soldiers speaking Croatian and armed with 96% copy of FAMAS.

Not really... we would make more of our weapons to make it "feel" better... We still have the M-84 and maybe we can add the M-95 "Degman". And MIG-21bis/D, RBR 90/M79 "Osa", M80 "Zolja",Patria, Mi-171,9K111 "Fagot", Igla MANPADS, S-10CRO...
Now imagine all that with croatian skins + voice pack + Croatian maps. That would "feel" good for me, and there are not so many "American" weapons. What do you others think?

Dudz ----->big problem were making a second war with the serbs , the resault = bad, really bad (for many reasons, u just need to think a little)

The only way i would want to see the 91-95 year war "The Croatian War of Independance" is to make a compleetly new game that focuses on the history of the war raging from all the locations to all the "allmost all" soldiers with a very tight realism and rich audio acting--- that would be the most selling game in croatia...

But for a mod as this the best thing would be to have in mind to make a faction, its possible and u need to do lots of stuff for that, we have lots of tech now including the PATRIA apc's and the VHS asault rifle and some M-95 tanks and new MI-171b helis

So its a faction or nothing, sry if im such a "Im against your idea" but i too had such an idea to make a CRO vs SB but i can say something enlightend(harrrr bad spell xD) me and i knew it was a bad idea...

Well seeing that Russia will be pitted against NATO factions (thats what i understood) I see no reason why would Serbia be against a NATO faction (considering Serbia doesnt have any intentions of joining NATO and they are aligned with Russia)...for now the best thing would be making a CRO faction (with the use of a bunch of placeholders ofc), a INS or MIL map to see how it works and after that figure out where you want to go next. Out of politeness dont start a serbian faction on your own without the approval of their comunity

Also it would be good to make a spreadsheet of the faction (thats the 1st thing all com mods need to have). After you make your plan then we can talk business

Look, many of the things are done already. I believe that Polish guys have made one, we just have to ask them politely. VHS is (the way I see it) a almost 100% same copy of FAMAS, and if our French colleagues are nice, we could ask them too. Degman? Hell, I could make it, but somewhere for 3 years .

I can make spreadsheet and can do public relations and similar "paperwork" as modeling brought me into psychology hospital department and ruined my school. But I'm afraid this will turn into "all chieftains, no indians".

There already is a FAMAS in BF2 if you're looking for a place holder.

This is how it was supposed to look. Our idiotic MOD decided "it has too much sharp parts that could hurt an infantryman". When I heard that I wanted to castrate them and give their balls to my cousin's bulldog so he could have some fun.

About the spreadsheet...as far as im concerned you can make one now if you want as long as its just the HV (dont even make the Zbor as they aint needed for now). Once that is made then we can start begging for models around

1. Great Idea, but! like i said in the croatian faction proposal.. You guys dont have as much as your claiming to make your super croatia army!!! For one, me and you both know , honestly croatia barely has any left over hardware from Yugoslavia era execpt for naval vessels.. The reason for this is when Yugo broke up, the Yugoslav army took everything with them back to Serbia and Montenegro, all that croatia got was naval vessels stolen from ports and maybe a few armor pieces.. For jets all croatia has is Mig 21 (which arnt even Yugo decent, they were the (10) MIG-21 jets purchased illegally from East Germany in 1995 to attack Krajina., they dont have J22 or Soko Gazelle choppers, these are all still made in Serbia and maintained with Serb parts. If croatia happend to have any j22s or other Yugo built aircraft, Serbia does not sell maintainance or repair parts to croatia so by now they would all be out of service. Lets keep the armys realistic.

2. SLOW DOWN! Croatians designing the Serb FACTION! Give me a break how is that NOT going to be biased!!! Remember my team is working on serb faction we are in process but havent posted updates yet have been busy with work.

That is our faction plan, why dont you guys design croatian faction and let the Serbs design the Serb Faction. Be fair now. I know its an odd concept.

3. Easy on the claim to Zastava Arms Weapons, including Bumbar and sniper/assualt Rifles. You know the croatian supply is limited, they dont have Bumbar and all Zastava Arms are serb built for serb army (and some export, but definately not to croatia).

4. Easy on the claims to old Yugo armor and APCs. You know your m80s arnt even in service waiting for modernization.

5. I am just saying lets keep this realistic. Serbian Faction is using what we currently have so let the croatian army faction use what they really have.

6. Post pics of your armor, jets, anything in service with current markings if you want to disprove me. Dont tell me what your uncle/cousin/ bla bla tells you thats in the army post PICS. My sources on military intelligence in the balkans are pretty accurate so if im wrong prove me wrong. If not lets keep this within PR guidelines and be fare. You dont see us using our prototype weapons in the faction plan.

7. Maps- We should make new battles not based on what happend in the 90s. PR is based in near future so lets not do historic battles.

8. Im not trying to put down your Ideas or army im just saying dont try to make the Super Croatia PR army with weapons Croatia does not even have. Be honest we all know budgets are limited everywhere in the Balkans and all countries currently are still investing in rebuiliing the countries not military after the wars.


9. If we have any models we can share I would be down.

10. LOL Zeljava Air Base???!! Thats in Bosna bro not croatia. What is croatia trying to claim that too. Just remember when It was Yugo, who left the union of republics (Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia Herogovina) and who stayed (Serbia and Montenegro) ???!!!

P.S. Ok before anyone tries to say anything. I am IN NO WAY being political about this. I am being factual. Just base your faction on factual data. thats all I ask for. I dont want anyone jumping in here saying im being political. Everything I said was based on FACT!

Also, I am offering to trade models/skins for certain things the armies do share. Small and medium utility trucks for example, small antitank weapons (lat), BDRM based vehicles ETC.
