Us marines dont run around the place captruing civillians they want to try and help them they only restrainn them if they are getting in the way with somthing.
as i said before hes like a normal civillian would be but just on the american team.
He is paid to do his job as it is pretty hard to make mony in war torn city.
i said more of this on another reply on this page a im not botherd to type it up agian.

It wouldn't be possible to have players from each team in the same vehicle, nor would blue tags come up for when you see a civi which is actually an enemy. There are simply too many problems that could occur.
Plus, if he could see the caches, he could just tell the BLUFOR. If he couldn't, then it would be suss seeing a civilian walking around trying to follow friendlies as if they are going somewhere. And if it was the latter anyway it would be way too easy for the BLUFOR team.
