i didnt read all of the first post either, because all i can say is that there is no argument against using mumble.
mumble is a low latency voice program and its positional audio feature greatly improves gameplay.

It's not an official rule but I already seen this happen. If someone ask for it I think, sometimes, they make a room. Anyway they encourage the use of mumble, it's in the server name : *NwA* UK Reality 0.957e [Mumble]

We never considered it any kind of attack, but you are not making sense; PRTA is (currently) the only server where any of your complaints are applicable, as it is the only server where you will be kicked for not using mumble.

On every other server "Mumblers" and "Non-Mumblers" already co-exist to varying degrees. If that is your concern then its quite simply a non-issue.

Nothing more really needs to be said other than that.
