i didnt read all of the first post either, because all i can say is that there is no argument against using mumble.
mumble is a low latency voice program and its positional audio feature greatly improves gameplay.

It's not an official rule but I already seen this happen. If someone ask for it I think, sometimes, they make a room. Anyway they encourage the use of mumble, it's in the server name :
*NwA* UK Reality 0.957e [Mumble]

On every other server "Mumblers" and "Non-Mumblers" already co-exist to varying degrees. If that is your concern then its quite simply a non-issue.
