Oorlogsmonument voor Canadese militairen - Oorlogsmusea.nl

There are many more throughout the country.

Biggest being the Amsterdam, Dam square monument for all the casualties:

But lets stay ontopic about the map :)
Awsomeness, truly. Didn't intend to get off topic, but thanks for the photos

Good luck with the rest of your work

NyteMyre wrote:Are we gonna see some dutch infrastructure on this map? Or will it be a "Fools road" kinda map. Forest only with some roads.
Dutch infrastructure will be custom made by us. Any suggestions?

(I have not read all the posts so please forgive me if I'm being redundant.. :) )

Hmmmm.....

How about adding a small village or town, with a strategic advantage, say, a two-story building or putting the village/town on a small rise? I seem to remember that at the Battle of Waterloo (rolling open terrain) there was a building or small series of buildings where the fighting (Infantry!) was fierce and hand-to-hand as it was desired by both sides.

(But don't get your hopes up on NATO coming to your assistance!:razz :)

Guys the map is located in a forrest with sand dunes in Brabant although our country is a small one its very diverse and a Brabant province forrest looks nothing like Noord & South Holland province with its windmills and flower fields!

What we need are road signs, houses, farms with thatched roofs and perhaps some custom trees.

Yes these are what we call mushrooms.
They help tourists find their way along official hiking or cycling paths in national parks and recreational areas.
