I just rececntly played MW2 there 1st time in a month and i realised i was doing much better for me. I was taking more cover doing like 3 shot bursts and shooting the most neccasry people in a 2 on 1 situation.

Yes, PR made me good.

I might be on the other end of the spectrum.

I find that getting frequent rounds in of vBF2 and BC2 has made me destroy people in PR.

I suffer from the same condition as Gazz (pg 4)

we should get 8 guys or however many COD supports and try using teamwork in an actual round. I did that with some other guys who barely know what team work is and we went on a win streak of 32-0.. if anyone wants to try it leave ur game name thing for the 360..

I actually loved playing COD4 on tactical gamer some time ago. They assumed i was hacking and i got banned. Never played COD4 since. TG was the only reason i played COD4, it was hardcore search and destroy, and there was loads of teamwork. Great fun, COD4 has pretty much died now of all tactical servers. *cries*

But no im still good at other games. I play MW2 regularly

Right the opposite, Men Of War (RTS) made me a better tactician in PR, also staying alive longer.

Clean up with scout and sniper in TF2, but not that good with any other classes.

Yeah PR def improved my skill...about 6mths after I switched to PR, I had a couple of rounds on the Vanilla servers for laughs....at the end of the first game my KDR was about 36/0....

Second round I was accused of haxing so I left, and I've never had another game of Vanilla since.... PR is all I play now.

I pretty much cant stand playing COD / BFBC2 now. I get on and its all base rape, people talking **** to each other and team killing for vehicles. And then there's registration problems where u shoot a chopper with ur tank round and nothing happens. PR has made every other online military shooter very unappealing. Thanks guys LOL.

PR increases the patience level I need for destroying the briefings at TG for ArmA2/OA. Also useful for 'Falcon' missions on ArmA2/OA on the TG server.

The Arma 2 briefings are RIDICULOUS sometimes.

Honestly, after I found PR I haven't played other FPS games, but I did try vanilla one more time after getting into PR. That didn't go so well, and needless to say, it reaffirmed my commitment to PR.

imo playing PR sharps your sense for dangerous situations and to do the right thing then.
my aiming is totally unaffected by PR cause i usually play CS 1.6 (not public for sure) and thats jsut something totally different, in PR i take my time to aim and you also have to consider bullet speed and -drop. however in cqc situations ive usually the advantage of reflexes, reactions and unzoomed aiming.

Playing PR made me better in Cod5, as I now use Cover more often, wait patiently if need be, look out for what my teammates are doing (even though they dont ever communicate with me other than with their actions), and overall notice more things like smoke-grenades, tracers, movement on "far" distance...
