So the FOB doesn't spawn vehicles anymore. Good. Could it spawn something usefull? Repair crate, green ammobox. Although ammo isnt no longer needed so much because we dont need to destroy the supplycrates to prevent enemy from building from them.
Vehicles spawnin on FOBs, you get vodniks on top of buildings and alleys unable to move, Bad.

Ok if this has been asked sorry, but I had a friend ask me what would happen in skirmish maps now? If there are no apcs, no logistic trucks and it isnt set around the main?
I would assume that there would be a placed depot for each side to get kits from in skrim matches, but is this correct?

^Skirmish maps are smaller and infantry only... So this wouldn't really affect them.

I guess you're probably right, because there's no longer a rally request function. Though I'm not sure if you're still able to request off the main bases, I would think you can.

Skirmish will have supply crates at main spawn points (other locations/ways are OPSEC). Simple as that.

Destroyable crates? If so that could make things a bit odd.
