well the last cache was the one just above our taliban spawn and the unknown was a few compounds up on the most eastern road which the americans normally use to get to the last cache so not surprising if they stumple upon it when trying to set up a fob or something.

I just want to say i was destroying on the quad cannon at the techy spawn :p sat on it for an hour and 10 mins with the kiowa scared to dive on me :D

But yeah today (08/03/2011) the server crashed on 4 different occasions within 2 hours. But the server luckily filled back up again quickly.
yep two full ones, 3 kiowas and a bunch of inf trying to kill me lol love that cannon

Fantastic round of Fools road in the challenger, I felt that the team got completely tunnel visioned, but my challenger fought on TO THE END!

Was just shooting 360 degrees, jumping in to the 50cal, spraying, back to driver ad infinitum

You were the only people left alive with militia infantry swarming village, shame that even with that armour support your infatry couldn't hold.

Too bad for you Aimed you didn't pwn our infantry squad after we walked to you and killed you after I told our BH pilot to stay low and out of sight of you but no, we had to fly high near you...

the only feedback I can give this 99.9999% fantastic server is to sit down and prepare several maplists to load on to the server, and to try and change the maplist at least every 2 days.

Very true, one of the best things about PRTA is that we always select the next map ad hoc never through a maplist, meaning we can select something that will be appropriate for the players/level of gameplay on the server at the time.

Now I'm not saying TG should do the same, but at least changing the maplist regularly would mix things up a bit.

that increases crashing, but taking the server down for a few mins to put a whole new list on would be appeciated, Wickens just did it for us; which is why we love him

Not anymore it doesn't, PRTA is stable (except for the last couple days where every server seemed to be crashing).

Disco and X... You should be safe from them unless you have the name of chrisweb89 and have made fun of them in the past year.

Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for running such an awesome server. I play on it exclusively now unless it isn't populated because of timezones and whatnot. Please keep doing what you're doing as I believe you are the last bastion for the true PR experience.

Thank you for the kind words guys, we do our best with the maplists, putting a lot of consideration into factions, maps, frequency maps appear etc. I am trying to ensure the maps get shuffled every couple of days.

Contact details for our admin team are available on the TG :P R forums if you have any queries/suggestions.

Thanks
