This is how it begins, you start as independent modder and end up in a capitalistic major corporation like EA :mrgreen:

Nah there is a necessity of a PR wide standard, I just hope the DEVs don't totally ignore the community's opinion and suggestion regarding the 128 server. :?

Ummm PR DEVs have added in restrictions already (server license) for years by now...

hey guys where did the 128 player server disapear to?

i am unable to play on 64 player servers anymore because they feel so empty and so i really dont want to leave this game behind but if the 128 server is gone then i guess so am i

On the beginning it was bad... but now, with more tickets its awesome. Long rounds with 128 players 8)

I miss it.... Sisu come back... ;)

to clearly play one of the other games with more than 64 players then :roll:

seriously.... you can't play if you don't have 128 players on the server? com'on that's just stupid.

I can sympathize with him because I hadnt played PR for months until the big server came along. It reignited my passion for PR again and I spent a lot of time enjoying the fullness of each map. When I tried going back to 64 it did indeed feel rather empty, especially on maps like Kashan. The seed has been inserted, and myself and many others are itching for more.

I will add that I occasionally go back to 64 man servers now, but if there is the choice now, Ill be straight onto Sisu. For some of us, we have played 64p for about 6 years, and like any game, it becomes tired until a new patch or new features comes along.

I was wondering that as well, are they figuring out stuff so it wont crash? I don't play PR much but when i do i play on sisu and without it, it feels empty.

It has been halted to sort out some bugs as the testing phase is over, the next testing time will begin when the PR relesed.

Soppa, I think something is wrong with the spawn time... 5 seconds?

not really, cyberzomby.
I understand 128 SISU server will be up and running passworded with more than 64 players. Also, the server should avoid peak gaming hours... but I kinda believe we'll end up changing peak hours definition. :)

Dont think so as the dev's dont want to harm any other servers. so on the occasional evening you will find the server online with 128 players but on most days its gonna be 64. As its peaktime than and they stated they dont want to harm the others.

Well we could ask 2 servers to shut down. And then they could transfer their admins and whatnot to the 64+ server?
