[0966] Select a differnt kit bug

Description
every selectable kit produced the "select a different kit" message. and yes i was selecting the spawn in accordance to the new hit "done" method.

I revived a medic in another squad with my last epipen who then immediately went down. I grabbed his kit and tried to make for cover but got killed. At the spawn menu every kit (medic and both rifleman) gave me the "select a different kit" message and the 6k timer. I cycled through every available spawn with both rifleman kits making sure to select the spawn then hit "done" as with the new system but i couldn't spawn in and the select a new kit message stayed up.
