PR Not responding

I installed the patch to go from 0.957 to 0.96 the other day when i came off holiday and all it does is go to the splash screen and says not responding in task manager.

Here is my error,

Ive got like 5 of these because i tried different things, help would be much appreciated

I think i deleted my profiles, loaded up normal Battlefield 2 played an online game quick. Then i quit that and loaded PR and it worked.
