Training Servers

I dont know if this is just me, but I dont see any training server other than password protected clan servers.

Does anyone know any publicly open training servers up and running?

Press Co-Op instead of clicking deployment. Training mode was removed from the game for many reasons, however you can still get good practice on Co-Op before playing multiplayer.

or you can try the merk training server:
password = merk

or you can load up a map in local and use rcon commands, these commands allow you to spawn things such as kit pick ups:
