[?] Freezing the sky?

Hey. Is it possible to make the skies on the maps stop moving? Some maps have moving skies and some don't.

The sky dosen't actually move, its just a static sky dome texture.

What dose move are these "cloud layers" you can add with you can easily disable, look in the map's sky settings or sky.con for these cloud layers.
