Why am I getting infractions on here?

The first one was for saying '****' and the one i just got was for not helping??? I don't get this. I replied to a question on support and someone didn't like team clan matches, ect. and i said don't like it? then play on your own sever or others.

edit, I just checked the infraction, the message the MOD gave you was fully explanatory
