Win 7 Vista Geometrys stuck at 62 when loading

Ok so i just bought a new Gt 440 graphics cause my other one shit out. and i hook it all up everythings running great and im really happy and then i try to play some PR and it seems like every time i try to join a server, my loading sticks at Geometrys 62 Percent. I have no idea why it does this and im pretty bummed

have you tried emptying the cache folder, reinstalling the entire game will fix it (95% certainty)
