Ok i got this situation right now, I used to play Project reality just fine, but I had to replace my HDD because of a fault, by the time I had the laptop out of order PR released the O.973 patch. Anyway, I re-installed everything as it should be. But when I went to play PR all i have is non-Stop lag, Graphics are all set to low. and the Pure Battlefield 2 Works perfectly fine.

As far as I know, Project Reality requires more of your computer than vBF2 does.

I would recommend going to ATI and downloading the correct drivers, then report back with the results, windows update is not recommended for driver updates.

Updated the ATI driver, it still lags, I forgot to say that It takes much longer then normal for it to load. could be a corrupted folder during download?[R-COM]Darkpowder wrote:I would recommend going to ATI and downloading the correct drivers, then report back with the results, windows update is not recommended for driver updates.

It's all ok now. I think the driver update did work. it still lags sometime now, probably was the background programs. I get 93% of physical memory while im playin though.
