New Nvidia drivers = game locks up

Hello all......not sure if anyone else has had similar problems but ever since I installed the recently released drivers from Nvidia my game has been freezing about 10-15 mins into a round. Reverted to old drivers and no issues. I wanted to install the drivers due to performance improvements for BF3 but I guess not : (

Any one else had issues?

my specs:

Win7 64
i5 2500K
GTX 580

reverted to drivers : 8.17.12.6658

Have the same. I reverted to old drivers but I still get the CTDs at random. I did completely remove the Beta-drivers before reverting as well.

Same here reverted back to newest WHQL driver and the ctds are gone.

Clear your cache and run game after installing new drivers.
