Been away a LONG time...need help.

I don't know whether this is even the right place to ask this, but I really was into the reality mods, then things got hectic. I bought a house, am in the process of opening a business, etc. So, I finally get back online, and I'm clueless on where to begin with the installs, etc. Is there a version available to patch up the retail box version or do I have to take some crazy steps to get "caught up"? Thanks in advance!

First download the 1.4 patch from EA. Then download the .3 build for PR look on front page for that.
