Description:
The fingers on the Russian Officer appear to be sand (possibly other kits as well, have yet to check.)
Steps to Reproduce:
Look at the Fingers.
(seen when radio is equipped especially.)
Tested On:
Black Gold AAS-64, The Hardcore Gaming Clan server, PR Most recent version
Video Settings (if needed):
All Low settings
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family (basic Dell laptop graphics card)
