ADVs on Iron Ealge
A pretty simple suggestion, could either 1 or 2 AAVs be put on iron ealge with the same spawn system as other maps. Currently the map is the perfect map for CAS rape, it is open with a large view distance and the only AA threat is emplaced or hand held AA. These AA types are fine, but there is a reason AAVs exist, they are better at the job, they can move and have more armour. If anyone remembers the 0.7? version of Quinling when the brits had the linebacker for AA, because the stormer wasn't yet ready and it was on loan from the US, I think this would be a fine way to bring the avenger in for IDF.
Almost all maps with CAS have AAVs, and especially 4k CAS maps, so other than IDF not having a modeled AAV I don't see why this map shouldn't. 1 or 2 MTLB AA vs 1 or 2 avengers should be balanced, allow teams a better chance against good CAS, but at the same time shouldn't over power aircraft.
Thoughts?

You have to play smart with AAVs too, they don't mean instant destruction of the other team's air. The addition of them would really allow you to cover a mobile offensive with AA cover, instead of getting hit by CAS everytime you push out.

Best if you refer as Anti-Aircraft Vehicles (AAVs) as Air Defence Vehicles (ADVs) as then there is no confusion between Anti-Air Vehicles and Amphibious Assault Vehicles

I second this notion, It would be nice to have something that can cover our combined assault and restrict enemy superiority. But first they need to fix the map on Iron Eagle for jets,

Do anybody here fly planes in PR?!? Couse, now, AA are much more powerfull then the planes. With planes u can lock a target at 600m , Anti air, lock u at 1300m, at high, that with planes u can see only clouds. So in my opinion, if u want to make more Anti air vihicle, make clouds higher, and lase to stick at at least 1000m hight! Couse now AA, are too much powerfull, Lock system is twiki, u even do not need to lock a plane o shoot it down! And at the end we have havok and apaches, just hovering at 1300 and waiting for lase, u cant even identifie target so high! And there is another thing, with plane u fly around 1600km/h when u bomb, and till u came out of clouds, u dont see lase, and this is so fast that u cant even see what are u locking, just drop and wish that is the right lase! Yp u can lock on enemy lase, prety akward if u ask me, and someone who now how lase is used IRL. And also becouse AA locking system, planes have way to little flares only 30, wich with this system when u are lock u must pop it as a mad man, around 10/s if u dont want to get hit.
IRL planes drop Jdam from 2k-10k m, where AA cant do shit, except SAMs, which are totaly different systems and will be stupid to put it in.
Or at the end leave it as it is, maybe just add few mor flares to planes

The whole point of the AA out ranging the Aircraft is simple. It's AA and was built for that. Why would you have a system that get's destroyed because it's range is equivalent or less than that of which it is meant to kill/counter.

I think the biggest reason for no AAV is that there's none in game for the IDF. I'm guessing if someone makes one it could be added to this map. Of course as said there can always be place holders until then. It really does seem odd for a map with lots of armour to lack AAVs in this day and age.

Haha, typo in the title, just noticed. 
Avenger HMMW could be a placeholder for IDF.
Then just add the MTLB MEC counterpart and were set.
That map needs more flags, so far i've only seen 2 layers... Its such a good map but so underplayed.

The thing is that the flags on the chopper layout is fantastic in my mind. I can't understand why the jet layer don't use the same. 4 km between flags makes it hard to get the feeling for it, and makes moving troops from one city to the other a *****. But I don't really see the great need for ADV's on that map. I agree that it would be nice, but it's not a make or break point for me.
