Promotion?

Does the getting promoted concept still work on the Reality Mod? Or is it something only emplamented (sp?) on the ranked BF2 server?

I hope they(PR) can do this, but most likely even if they could, it would have to be an EA server.....

EA typically doesnt do servers for mods unless its an official mod like the BFV WWII mod so id have to say its unlikely

yea thats the exception i dont think its the rule and besides i dont think theyd trust the mod community not to tamper with the ranking system so as to give it away to easily

I read, somewhere, that only "ranked" BF2 servers will be able to use the promotion feature. As stated, their exact reason for it was because of people altering their code, or misusing it. Forget where I read it though. If I find the link again, I'll post it.

hmm, well im sure since the PR mod will be a very close community, maybe we can get some clans set up and give people ranks through there =)
