In Beirut, in the flag layout which has the first Russian flag in the Bravo-5 Docks, there is a Russian fixed TOW launcher in A5kp7 which is an American M220 instead of the placeholder Chinese HJ-8.
Steps to Reproduce:
Load Beirut with the flag layout that has the first Russian flag as the B5 docks. Capture it as Russians and the TOW launcher will spawn in A5kp7 just Southwest of the repair station.
