Hey guys, sorry if I'm not posting in the proper area, but I have a problem getting the game working properly and I believe it to be because of steam. I've played a previous version of PR (.957) and never experienced this problem, but that was before a couple of steam updates that could be causing the problem.
When I launched .97 the first time there was no menu music so I had a hunch that something was wrong. I was unable to update server list and attempting to create a local game caused a crash to desktop.
I found that I am able to join games through the prspy feature on this website, but this doesn't work for my two other friends (who also have BF2 on steam).
I appreciate any help you guys can give me, thanks!

Look at this thread about the pr.exe file - https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f26-pr ... eam-3.html
Look at this thread about no servers showing up, if you have that problem - https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f27-pr ... steam.html

Move to support and pack it up. Please
Change title while there...or merge with No servers sticky

I apologize, I'm not familiar with how I'd move threads around yet.

Sorry not meant for you its a note for mods. Questions and troubleshooting about your game and pc should go in to support sections, so you'll know next time. Also please name you thread more appropriately, titles like I need help, or one you made is not describing your issue at all.Franklin_D_Bluth wrote:I apologize, I'm not familiar with how I'd move threads around yet.
I suggest you read the forum rules, to get familiar with all the stuff around here.
