Need help with setting up Mumble shortcuts.
I recently reset my Mumble keyboard shortcuts to default, but the result of this was all my shortcuts being erased. I now have to reconfigure all of my Mumble keyboard shortcuts.
I was able to successfully set my local speech, volume control, overlay toggle, and deafen toggle shortcuts. However, I cannot seem to set my squad, squad leader, and commander shortcuts.
When I open my shortcut settings panel, I have the option to add shortcuts. When I click "Add," it gives me a list of types of shortcuts to choose from. I am confused about which type of shortcut the squad, squad leader, and commander channels fall under.
Does anybody know how to set this up?

Uninstall PRMumble 1.0. This way your shortcuts will come back, and you can just set it back as you had it.

No need to reinstall it, just repair it.

Didn't even know there was a way to repair it. Re-installing it takes like two minutes though, so I don't think it will make that much of a difference.Navo wrote:No need to reinstall it, just repair it.

do the sound-configuration? it's the thing you do when you first open mumble, no need for resinstall.

Well, it removes the uninstall process, and I hate uninstalling.saXoni wrote:Didn't even know there was a way to repair it. Re-installing it takes like two minutes though, so I don't think it will make that much of a difference.

Does any know if we can make different mumble shortcuts profiles?
or
have multi-sets of mumble shortcuts for combined use with teamspeak.

Well, I've tried both repairing and uninstalling Mumble, and still the shortcuts aren't working correctly. One odd thing I've noticed, though, is the shortcuts return to their default configuration when I do not run the program as an admin, but when I do run it as an admin, the shortcuts are still in their erased state.

Press Win+R. When Run prompt opens, type '%appdata%' without quotes and hit Enter.YankeeSamurai wrote:Well, I've tried both repairing and uninstalling Mumble, and still the shortcuts aren't working correctly. Now you should have opened 'C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\'.
Find Mumble folder and delete it. Install PR Mumble again and configure it.
You can read this to help you configure it easier.
Next time, post in support section, this is wrong place to get answers.
This is not possible at this time. Do not try to edit predefined shortcuts or you will end up reinstalling your PR Mumble client._casualtyUR wrote:Does any know if we can make different mumble shortcuts profiles?

It would be nice if we never had to edit the predefined shortcuts, but speaking as someone without the benefit of a numpad, it's not always that easy. A simple description for each of the shortcuts would go a long way, would it really be difficult to implement?
