PR:Vietnam Beta 1 Known Bugs

- US and USMC kits floating
- M79 Grenadelauncher range selection mixed up with commo rose.
- NVA Truck doesn't have a rear mirror
- ZSU-57 has the wrong HUD
- NVA ZSU-57 missing kit requirements and weapon delay
- Dien Duong Skirmish has a wrong flag layout
- Ia Drang might crash on load for some graphic cards

Please do not repost this bugs as we already look into fixing them for beta 2.
