RCON DEBUG

So vietnam came out and i wanted to try out some vehicles on local
when i started local multiplayer server "rcon debug" in console and normal chat don't do anything and i cant use the spawner.
I saw that you had to edit the file in pr/python/game from rhino's tutorial
When i tried editting it with notepad it wouldnt let me save with "acces denied" message

Thanks for the info Limeni. @oakman26 simply move the file to your desktop, edit and save, and move it back into its folder again.
