[PR:V] Vietcong INS

I'm not to big of a fan of AAS, More of an ins guy. But I'm thinking of an ins mode for Vietnam. We already have the NVA(which is the army), but why not put in the Vietcong(militia) for an ins mode. It would be great for alot of pr fans, and it would give a bit more of a challenge to take them due to close quarters combat rather them picking the ins off with scopes and then running in and destroying the cache. I know this may take time to devolop the characters for the Vietcong, but pr:v is only in its beta stage, so we have plenty of time to get the ins mode in.
