Okay, first things first: Welcome to the forums.
You cannot delete or move threads as a regular user, these rights are reserved for the forum moderation and administration, otherwise it would be much more difficult for us to understand what's happening and moderate the forums.
You could not have posted in the suggestions area in the first place, however, because you do not have the sufficient number of posts; this is not an invitation to get as many posts as quickly as possible, though, because even with enough posts, threads in the suggestions section are moderated prior to being shown to other users, and many will never be approved, for example suggestions that are deemed impossible to implement, have already been suggested, or that do not suit the general direction of the mod.
As for your actual suggestion:
No, it is, due to engine limitations, not possible to implement diving in a Battlefield 2 mod.
