Norwegian static, help/tips?

First I'd build the geometry of that protruding attic/3rd floor up to what it looks like in the
image, then I'd use the poly creation tool to create the 'outer' roof. The 'inner wall' part can be dropped by maybe 5cm and then you can create the 'inner' roof (what players see from the inside).
It doesn't look like it should be too complicated, just keep the inner & outer faces separate?

I hope this helps. By the way, I'm an epic noob @ modeling, but no one else is helping you so I guess you can choose whether to take my advice or not
