So about a month ago I got myself a new computer because my old one was like 6-7 years old. Now up to 2 days ago I've been running pr on all high on 1680x1050 and get like 40-70 fps depending on the map. 40 for maps like fools road and kozlesk and 70+ for kashan burning sands and the like. Now I started up pr today to play on NWA AAS and load onto Kashan and was getting <20 fps so I lower my settings to all medium low to the same setting I had my old pc on. Still <20 fps which is worse than my old computer. So any ideas on whats going on I just defraged my computer closed everything that was running and rechecked still low fps.
Graphics setting 2 Days ago fps 40-70
All high
AA 2x
Resolution 1680x1050
Graphics today 15-20 fps
All medium except Lighting and shadows which are all off
1280x720
Computer specs:
Processer: AMD A-6-3430MX
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon(TM) HD 6520G
Ram: 6gigs DDR3
Its Just PR was playing Skyrim on High with a stable 50 fps
What is wrong with my system?

Re: What is wrong with my system?
Defrag your hard drive.
Did Windows Update automatically update system drivers?
Did you manually update any hardware drivers?
If you have done the above or know you do not need to do the above, my guess is your APU is not getting bumped up to Turbo when you stat gameplay on a DX9 game.
Are you using K10STAT154.zip? https://sites.google.com/site/k10stat/
WARNING< DO NOT ADJUST ANY SETTINGS IN K10STAT UNTIL YOU READ TUTORIALS ON PROPER USE.
Download and install CPU-Z, http://downloads.guru3d.com/CPU-Z-1.6.1 ... -2868.html
Run K10Stat and CPU-Z, run PR in windowed mode to monitor your CPU and GPU usage during PR gameplay.
The A6 and A8 APUs have to bump up to turbo speeds or your GPU is running at a power saving mode.

I used to have this problem occasionally, deleting the shader cache within mydocuments seemed to fix it for me, but if you've already done that, then check out what LITOralis posted
