[0.973] Bugged crates on dragon fly

Description:
You can reload at the crates at G5kp5sub6 (those between the two bunkers) as brit even tho they have militia flag on them

Steps to Reproduce:
walk there as brit and try

Dragon Fly AAS-64, QRF PR v0.973

No. Crates != ammo boxes.

This happens on all the maps where there are spawned in crates in the field, i.e crates that hasn't been delivered by a truck/chopper.
You will also notice you can't build FOBs using these crates.

Yeah. It's annoying. IMO it would be good to make them neutral colored or expiring after 5min of map start.

No. Crates != ammo boxes.

No. Skrillex talks about crates. It's possible on several other maps too. Some are marked to be neutral crates and some got flags but it's still possible to reload on them. Not sure if that's on purpose or not.
