As you know, Refractor2 is a very limiting engine, and it stays to this tradition with RPM(rounds per minute) or firerate values too.
In short all firerates must be a division of 1800.

So when youre coding a vehicle or a gun, use the value that is closest to the real-live value of that weapon.
