Connection Issue leads to mouse loss

I have a weird ISP where it doesn't like server lists so I think that's the cause of conenction issues, BUT the second time I try to join a server it's perfectly fine.

The main issue is that after I get the "cannot connect to server" prompt, I completely lose my mouse. Has anyone else got this problem or does anyone know a fix?

I've had PR working just fine before, I don't know what's wrong this time I install it.
