Mouse pointer permanently frozen

Mousepointer is permamently frozen into the enlarged map when starting a new round. It all started when the game crashed to desktop with a "parameter incorrect" error and then when its done loading textures, geomtries, etc., the mouse pointer is frozen. After that crash "I" FOV was removed and the game just followed around aother players. Totally F'd - I am going to reinstall.
