[Help!] with custom kits

Hi guys I am making a minimod of zombies for project reality, just to understand how things work. I wanted this mod to be used in special events like the one from OD-S this saturday.

The problem comes when I try to make the russian team (for example in silent eagle) to spawn with the zombie kit (pickup) the map loads perfectly but I can't spawn. Then I don't know what I did and I managed to spawn but as soon as I spawned I started to take damage and then died

this was a couple of months ago so I don't remember exactly what I did.

Then I remembered that the map Al Basrah V2 had a custom kit for the insurgents where the squad lider had a G3 with a scope, I looked into the files and saw that the custom kit was loaded with the serverarchives.con, I made a custom kit loadout where the germans (in silent eagle) only had pistols, don't know if I did it right or not this part but I copied the originals kits archives *.con and inside those archives I removed the G36, shovel, grenades etc. and added the pistol to the kits that didn't have (rifleman, medic, etc.), probably I did this part wrong but I don't know. the thing is that when I spawn in-game I spawn with the normal kits, with all the G36, grenades, shovels, and after 10 seconds I start dying.

I will apreciate if anyone could give me a hand on this just to understand a little more about this mod and how it works.

(not important, just curiosity) I made an audit for BF2 Op. Road Rage and saved it into my level folder from both PR and PR_edit mods folder. When I play in normal PR I get kicked by punkbuster, don't know which error is but it said something about Op. Road Rage, is it possible that PB kicks me for having a custom map? this is not important as I already removed it from the PR's level folder and the message didn't came up again.
