Massive lags on all of the servers

I tried to play PR for a while, but suddenly I ran into massive lags (Not FPS, Net lags).

I restarted my network connection (Restarting the router), and then came inside the game and nothing worked. When I check my ping when I have lags it's around 100 (in several servers) but I still have HUGE lags, no matter my ping.

I tried to Re-connect to the game. Tried to exit more programs that use the internet Connection. Nothing worked.

what are your system specs and what settings are you running at?

what brand of router do you have?

can you confirm you aren't connecting to your router wirelessly?
