PR-mumble doesn't work.....

I tried clicking on PR-muble and it doesn't activate.

I've Win-7 64 ultimate
Sabertooth-990FX motherboard-Realtek onboard
audio.
Tieied it ingame out game-adminstrator/none it
will not work.......
