Lagging when PR starts up and lag in game

I have the same issue before.
Windows7 64 bit??
If so, you may need reinstall your OS, each time I wanna play PR, I have to Reboot.

After reinstall, keep your OS simple and clean, turn off every software dont needed before game will be good.

Also, what resources are in use, etc.

Next time start Task Manager (Ctrl Alt Delete) and switch to the Processor Usage tab. Then run PR and report back to us what the CPU's are doing.

I had a problem recently with lagging in game. I thought it was a hard drive issue, turned out it was something else. Every time it lagged the CPU graph showed activity had dropped to 0.

What have you installed recently? Any cracks or keygen type things may contain viruses, etc.

Has windows updated itself lately? If so try a system restore (Accessories tab in the start menu).

Basically if this has started happening all of a sudden find out what's changed to cause it. Hardware failing? Or software update messing windows up? Etc etc.
